The Adoration of the Magi: The Magi represent the nations of the world coming to adore the Christ Child. They remind us that Christ came for all people. Isaiah 49:6 says, “I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.”

Part 1


The parable of the Good Shepherd: Jerusalem is in the background as well as Calvary, the empty tomb, and the garden of Gethsemane. The olive tree represents the ancient roots of our faith. It was in this setting in time and place that Christ came to “seek and save that which was lost.”
